Cris started working in 1991. After a start as project engineer and head of department in the "industrial engineer" study department at the University College Ghent, he exchanged his engineering career for a career which focused on people. He worked as a people coach at the IT firm Talent Planet and then at Bakker & Partners where he set up the search division for engineers. Since 2003 he made the final move to his innate passion for personality development and he gives training and coaches about topics such as communication, leadership, conflict handling and change management. Since 2003 Cris has worked for Acerta Consult and now for BCT.

Cris has successful training experience and facilitates programmes in relation to communication skills, leadership, team work, team building, individual coaching processes and coaching of executive and management teams.

Cris presents programmes in Dutch, French and English.
