Erna Pluym began her career in 1986, working successively in the sales divisions of IBM and Digital Equipment before holding various international HR Management positions with Intercontinental Hotels Group from 1989.

In 2000 she moved into the consultancy business where she held the positions of Senior Consultant followed by Business Unit Manager. In her consultancy role, over the last nine years, she has gained considerable experience of facilitating group processes, training and coaching people, both individually and in teams, and advising and assisting organisations on change. Erna is an accredited coach according to the standards of the International Coach Federation.

She joined BCT Coaching & Training in 2008. Erna works in Dutch, French and English.
