François Delcourt graduated as a psychologist from the Université catholique de Louvain in 1991.  His career is characterised by a far-reaching professionalisation in different aspects of human resources, with a focus on outplacement, design of training modules and leading development projects in the petrochemical industry, banking sector and telecommunications. 
Until a few years ago he was the training & development manager of one of the three mobile telecom providers. 
Since 2003 he has been HR Consultant and combines self-development (e.g. NLP, coaching programmes in London, Insights® accreditation) with leading projects at home and abroad, in Europe and the Middle East. 

In 2010 François joined the BCT Coaching & Training team and presents programmes in French and English.  Themes he cares a great deal about include:  leadership, team development, leading and managing change, advanced communication skills, both in individual coaching processes and in collective sessions.
