Herman Deben has a first degree in Marketing and a master's degree in Business Administration.

Herman has extensive and wide-ranging professional experience. He began his career in 1970 as a sales and marketing manager in the construction sector, and was director for Belgium and Luxembourg in the cosmetics sector.

In 1981 he was appointed field sales manager with a global player in the food sector, subsequently holding management posts in the metal and media sector.

Since 1993 he has been general manager of an employers' organisation and an insurance company. He also teaches marketing at the Catholic Flemish High School in Antwerp.

Since 1998 Herman has made his extensive experience available to BCT Coaching & Training as a senior training consultant, supervising individual coaching and giving seminars in the field of marketing, sales and sales management. He also supervises the marketing strategy of various partners.

Herman has worked as a trainer/coach in a number of European countries and Asia, and supervises programmes in Dutch, English and French.
