Hubert Vanroy was trained in Human Resources and since 1976 has furthered his career as a personnel manager for several major organisations. He has also gained experience as Operations Manager for the Belgian and German hotel and restaurant business.
In 1996 Hubert returned to his first love: Human Resources. He has worked as HR Policy Adviser and as HR Director.

Since 2007 he has worked as a full-time trainer/consultant assisting and advising people and organisations. His experience of HR and operations have given him a profound insight into the interests, human aspects and restrictions applying to people within businesses and organisations.
His training in Transactional Analysis, Process Communication Model, NLP, MBTI, RET and project management, and his continuing professional development are further advantages.

Hubert facilitates programmes relating to personal skills, team skills and management skills.
He also provides advice on the planning and practical implementation of HR policy within businesses and organisations.
