Hugo started his career in 1995 as a psycho-motor therapist. It was his first experience with individual coaching and coaching group processes. In 1998 Hugo was put in charge of organising scientific conventions for doctors in the pharmaceutical industry. The combination of these experiences led to his position of communications manager (internal and external, events, web design) in 2000.

From 2001 Hugo deepened his professional development as training consultant at Minds in Motion, where he further specialised in the organisation of team events, external communication and giving seminars on leadership, communication, creativity techniques, team development, efficient e-mailing, etc.

Since 2006 Hugo has chosen to further develop his career at BCT Coaching & Training. He has reinforced our BCT team mainly in terms of communication and management skills, change and performance processes. Besides, he facilitates team workshops aimed at achieving a higher comfort of cooperation and effectiveness.
