Jan Mouton was awarded a Licentiate Degree in Philosophy at Leuven, obtained further qualifications in Human Resources Management at EHSAL European University College Brussels and has obtained certification for several methodologies in the field of consultancy.

Jan has been working in the profession since 1986. After starting out as assistant director and regional director at Sodexho, from 1992 onwards he developed a career in human resources; to be more specific as Account Manager & District Manager for large enterprises at SD Worx, as HR Consultant at DIP Consulting Group, as Consultant in Organisational Development at SD Worx and as Senior Consultant at Unique HR Consultancy and Unique Outplacement.

In 2004 he took on the challenge of achieving results in HR Development as senior trainer consultant at Acerta Consultancy.

Since 2004 Jan has used his very extensive professional experience to further develop a career as trainer consultant, and since 2008 he has been part of the BCT Coaching & Training team and has added to its strengths.

Jan has a great deal of experience in training, in which he has built a successful career, and he now facilitates programmes in communication skills, management skills, presentation skills, team building, strategic business planning, individual coaching plans and coaching of directors and management teams. He also supervises satisfaction surveys.

Jan gives training programmes in Dutch and French.
