Myriam Duchêne, a social science graduate, has held management responsibilities for many years, mainly in call centres and customer services. This includes fifteen years of organisation, administration, consultancy, management and recruitment for various companies.
Before taking on her current role as trainer, her main positions were as Operations Manager, Project Coordinator and Recruitment & Trainer Manager within major companies located in Belgium in the area of credit cards, banking and with a leading telephony provider in the Belgian market. A training consultant since 2001, she co-ordinates different programmes in areas such as: telesales, face-to-face sales, stress and dissatisfaction management, communication skills in call centres, selection interviews, public speaking and chairing meetings. She specialises in training and coaching staff for all types of internal and external contact.
Myriam Duchêne is also in charge of courses in various third-level institutions in Brussels (Ihecs - Isalt - Ecsedi ), mainly in the context of public speaking, chairing meetings and selection interviews.
