After her first work experience in the social sector, Nathalie decided to return to business life at the start of 1999. Initially she was hired as a selection and recruitment consultant. Later, she got to know the world of HRM from a broader perspective as HR Professional at Alcatel, where she was mainly in charge of recruitment and more general HR projects. She also gained sales experience in the HR sector as account manager at the Start-up business CareerFever.

In 2003 she joined the BCT Coaching & Training team, where she initially gave communication training in Dutch, French and English.

Nathalie has worked for Acerta Consult since 2005, more specifically for Kern Selection and BCT Coaching & Training (which has now joined the Acerta group), where she is the senior training consultant, as well as an individual coach. She draws on her extensive experience mainly to give training in the areas of interviewing techniques, performance and assessment interviews, career and development talks.
