Peter Tuybens holds a degree in Marketing, followed by post-graduate training in company training.

Peter began his career in 1981 as assistant study advice, PR and information in higher education. In 1998 he was first appointed communication trainer, and then training coordinator and marketing/communication manager with the Belgian market leader in insurance.

In 1996, following several years as a freelancer, he decided to join BCT Coaching & Training, for which he provides training programmes and individual coaching inside and outside Europe.

Peter is today the managing partner of BCT Coaching & Training, and as training consultant/coach gives mainly sales and coaching programmes and training in customer-directed and communication skills in Dutch, French and English. He also supervises strategic workshops for management committees.
