Sophie Commeine graduated in sociology in 1994. As a manager, she gained experience of coaching teams and was involved in the creation of an 'Empowered team' project.

In 2000, she began her career as trainer/consultant for the Limburg-based organisation Keerpunt vzw. Sophie's speciality lies in training first line managers and staff on the shopfloor.

In September 2008, Keerpunt vzw became part of the Acerta group, where it forms part of BCT Coaching & Training.
