Thea Bombeek has studied Social Work, History of Art and has a Masters in Human Resources Management.
Until 2004 she worked in the financial sector. After years in a sales position, she acquired considerable experience there as project coordinator for Marketing Communication and Communication Manager in both internal and external communication. After that, she also became Company Coach and Training and Development Manager for one of the big4.

Since 2007 Thea has been senior trainer consultant for BCT Coaching & Training. She gives training courses on social skills, such as leadership, coaching, conflict management and negotiating. She is certified in MBTI and as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has also achieved recognition as a coach and course adviser from PRH International (Personality and Relations). Thea works in Dutch, English, French and German.
