Vera Bockaert started her career in teaching in 1974. She was soon combining this with work for a language institute, where she provided Dutch language courses for “expats” in various multinational companies and embassies. In 1977 she was appointed assistant manager at the institute.

She found teaching and business to be the ideal combination for her. She acquired further qualifications in business teaching and took various courses and workshops in Human Resources Management. From 1981 onwards, she developed her career at C&A, first as training manager and later as store manager.

With this extensive professional experience, in 2001 she took on the challenge of achieving results in HR Development as senior trainer consultant at Acerta Consultancy.

She obtained MBTI accreditation and is a certified NLP Practitioner.

Since 2008 she has been part of the BCT Coaching & Training team and has added to its strengths.

Vera has a great deal of experience in training, in which she has built a successful career, and she now facilitates programmes in communication skills, management skills, presentation skills, team building, MBTI, time management and personal organisation. She also arranges individual coaching plans and advises on various aspects of human resources development.
